Soak Mun

The transition into nature

Beyond the traditional consulting room

Soak Mun rekindled her love for nature and began bringing therapy outdoors, finding this work meaningful for both her clients and herself. Through ecotherapy, she hopes to support children, youths and adults, including those in residential and rehabilitation settings, towards lasting change.

She is passionate about working with adults who have experienced complex trauma, childhood adversity, anxiety, depression and difficulties with relationships or emotional regulation. Her approach is relational and attachment-focused, with a focus on healing past experiences and reducing the impact of trauma across generations.

Soak Mun is passionate about supporting helping professionals in their personal growth and professional development through clinical supervision. She believes in strengthening the mental health community and offers flexible fees for fellow helpers where possible.

Drawing on her experience supervising counsellors and art therapists, she is particularly interested in exploring the therapeutic process, including the emotions, relationships and patterns that arise in their work with clients.
